Free delivery offers are occasionally run, and where available will be offered during checkout. International (outside UK) orders will unfortunately be exempt from any free delivery offers.

The team at Emil Oles (Hair & Scalp Consultants) and associated companies always respect and protect your privacy when you are using our service. Information that may identify you as an individual person is never shared with third parties other than your postal address when items are to be posted directly to your premises. We do not collect any information about you such as your name, email address except when you provide such information during the website submission process (registration as a user/customer). We may note and save information such as browser type, IP address, geo-location, referrer website with our tracking service. This information is only used to improve our attraction and the relevancy of the provided content.

Items will only be refunded if returned in an unopened, resalable condition within 14 days of delivery.

    DO NOT RETURN ITEMS UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED US AND RECEIVED AN RCC

    We will provide a RRC (Returns Reference Code) to you once we have agreed to replace/refund an item. A return postal address will also be supplied at this point. Postage charges will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure any returns posted back to us are packaged securely and reach us in perfect condition. Failure to do this will result in the item being declined for refund/replacement..

    Note about personalised / customized products:- Please note that we CAN NOT refund/replace any items that have been personalised / customised for you, such as tailored Gift Vouchers. The only exception to this policy will be if Emil Oles (Hair & Scalp Consultants) are responsible for a defective item, or we have made a mistake in the personalisation. Spelling mistakes by the customer on personalised orders will not be corrected, or replaced/refunded. So please ensure you triple-check any order details before purchase.

    When signing for items, please ensure you write on the couriers pad if there appears to be visible damage to the package. This will enable any items damaged in the post to be easily replaced / claimed for. If you fail to do this, you're likely to be unable to return/replace the item should there be any damage.

Orders placed on our website are commitments to purchase and pay for items. You can order products by adding the selected items to the shopping cart. Some items require options to be selected. Please ensure you double-check your selections, as mistakes after ordering cannot be corrected. This particularly applies to personalised / customised products, where you should ensure your typing and spelling are accurate before checking out!

You will be expected to pay for your items immediately during checkout. Please ensure you choose a payment method which has the necessary funds available. Any 'bounced' cheques will be charged an administration fee of £40 to cover our banking charges. Incomplete cheques/postal orders will be charged an administration fee for missing information (eg. un-dated, un-signed) of £5 per cheque/postal order. Paypal accounts should be confirmed and have the necessary funds available.

    All payments on this website are in British Pounds Sterling.

    Prices are subject to change at any time and Emil Oles (Hair & Scalp Consultants) are not obliged to sell an item if the price on the website was incorrectly stated. In these rare situations, you will be informed of the updated prices, and offered the opportunity to cancel and re-order at the corrected, or receive a full refund.
